Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code/destination.
We include free shipping for subscribers.

Cancellation Policy
Once your purchase is made, no cancellations or changes to your order are accepted.

To start a return, reach out to us at support@nenechoco.com
Keep in mind that your purchase must have been made from our store at nenechoco.com.  Please be ready to provide your name, order number, and the reason for your request so we can promptly assist you.

Return Policy 
For eligibility your purchase must be within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Ensure your item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt, and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly address and rectify the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@nenechoco.com.
